We check three things before a vehicle is shipped:

1. Source and documents — vehicles are sourced from licensed dealers, and we verify origin, ownership and export documents.
2. Independent inspection — a third-party report covers accident history, odometer reading and overall condition, cross-checked against the VIN and export certificate.
3. Regulation pre-check — we compare the vehicle's age, emissions standard and specifications against your country's import requirements.

If a unit does not meet your market's rules, we will not ship it — we will propose an alternative instead.

Once your order is confirmed, the process runs in three stages:

1. Preparation and documents — inspection, export licence, commercial invoice and certificate of origin.
2. Customs clearance — depends on the port and on how complete your import documents are.
3. Sea freight — depends on your destination and the shipping schedule.
